 From simple floor plans, to full site plans for your home, office, resort, restaurant and other building designs, we can do it all from design start to finish construction. Or you can give these drawings to your builder to have them complete your dream project.

For the last 20 years, from the Monadnock region of New Hampshire, to Beech Mountain, North Carolina and deep into the southern Jungles of Belize, Belize Bruce have been building in many different  formats, exploring the best possible solutions for various building applications. Back in the states, I have built 12', 20' and  40', 3 frequency geodesic domes that have been featured covers in publications, as well as conventional "stick building" construction, pole frame construction, slip form masonry, Ferro-cement, cordwood masonry, block, and poured forms.

Belize Bruce have been a solar dealer in the states for the 15 years, plus in Belize for 6 years. He has lived with solar systems for even longer, so Belize Bruce knows what works, and what doesn't. More importantly, he knows how to live with them. Belize Bruce also designs and builds composting toilets and grey water systems that doesn't contaminant the environment and getting them accepted by local governments and codes. This is something that is extremely important, since keeping the environment healthy is in the front of Belize Bruce's mind.

Belize Bruce knows how to work with the workers, in a multicultural environmental setting, in a timely manner. He ahs dealt with the real problems that arise with projects such as these, and figures out the best solutions given the various parameters and still makes the deadlines. He can design a project from startup, perform all the CAD work, teach building techniques to local workers and managed the construction to completion meeting the deadlines in extreme situations. He built a dozen cabanas and a 60' restaurant, 1/2 mile of road and bridge in the rain forest in under 2 years employing and training local Kek Chi Mayans using environmentally sound building techniques, grey water systems, composting toilets, solar energy and eco-friendly water solutions in a harsh rain forest environment.
